Fees and Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service!

Private pay fees: $200/50min session (Credit Card, Debit Card, Venmo)

I require all clients to have a credit/debit card on file.  Full payment (private pay) or your insurance co-pay or deductible are required at the time of service. In the event you miss your appointment without 24-hour notice or in the event payment is not received at the time of service, I will debit your card and send a receipt.  As a courtesy to you, I will bill your insurance; however, you are fully responsible for all fees if your claims are not paid within 30 days of the session date.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

Once we begin meeting, I will commit my time to you and request that you be equally invested by attending your scheduled appointments.  You will be charged a $75 cancellation fee if you cancel 24 hours in advance or less. If you do not show up at all, I will charge your card on file the full fee of $200. You will not be charged anything if you give 48 hours notice to reschedule during the same week (dependent upon availability). I understand that unexpected life events happen and we can discuss your appointment and reschedule if needed.

You are responsible to pay your co-pay or deductible at the time of service. I will charge the credit/debit card on file at the end of our session.
